At Delight IT Solutions (“we”, “our”, “us”), we aim to provide high-quality digital and IT services. This policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be issued and is compliant with PayU and PayPal refund guidelines.

By making a payment on our website, you agree to this Return & Refund Policy.


1. Nature of Services

Delight IT Solutions provides digital and professional services, including but not limited to:

  • Website & software development

  • Web design & UI/UX services

  • Digital marketing & SEO

  • IT consulting and support

All services are intangible and customized, and therefore returns are not applicable once work has started.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be considered only under the following circumstances:

✅ Eligible for Refund

  • Duplicate or excess payment

  • Payment completed but service not initiated

  • Service not delivered as per the agreed scope due to our fault

  • Cancellation requested before project work has started

❌ Not Eligible for Refund

  • Work already delivered or substantially completed

  • Delays caused by lack of client input, approvals, or communication

  • Change of mind after project initiation

  • Custom, milestone-based, or partially completed work

  • Fees paid to third parties (domains, hosting, plugins, licenses, APIs, tools, etc.)

  • Services already consumed or accessed


3. Refund Request Duration

  • Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of the payment date

  • Requests submitted after 7 days will not be eligible for a refund

Refund requests must be sent via email from the registered email address used during payment.


4. Partial Refunds

If work has already begun:

  • A partial refund may be issued based on the work completed

  • Setup fees, consultation fees, and administrative charges are non-refundable

The final decision regarding partial refunds rests with Delight IT Solutions after internal review.


5. Refund Mode (PayU & PayPal Compliant)

  • Refunds are processed only through the original payment method

  • Supported refund modes:

    • PayU: Original card, UPI, net banking, or wallet used

    • PayPal: Original PayPal account or linked payment source

Processing Time:

  • Refund approval: Within 3–5 business days

  • Refund settlement: 7–10 business days, depending on PayU, PayPal, or the customer’s bank

🚫 No cash, cheque, or alternate account refunds are provided


6. Cancellations

  • Full refund available if cancellation is requested before work begins (excluding payment gateway charges, if applicable)

  • Once work has started, cancellation may result in no refund or a partial refund


7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes (Important)

Before initiating a PayU or PayPal dispute, customers must contact us directly for resolution.

Raising chargebacks without contacting us may:

  • Delay resolution

  • Result in service suspension

  • Affect future service eligibility

We maintain transaction records and service proof for dispute resolution as required by PayU and PayPal.

We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
