1. Service Cancellation Overview

Delight IT Solutions provides customized digital and IT services, including website development, software development, digital marketing, and consulting. Due to the customized nature of our services, cancellations are subject to time and work-progress conditions.


2. Cancellation Request Duration

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment, and

  • Before work on the project has started

Cancellation requests received after work has started may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.


3. Cancellation Before Work Starts

If a cancellation request is made:

  • Within 7 days of payment, and

  • Before project work begins

✅ The order may be cancelled
✅ A full refund may be issued
❌ Payment gateway or transaction fees may be deducted (if applicable)


4. Cancellation After Work Has Started

If work has already started:

  • Cancellation may be denied, or

  • A partial refund may be issued based on work completed

The following are non-cancellable and non-refundable once work begins:

  • Consultation fees

  • Setup or onboarding fees

  • Milestone-based or custom development work

  • Third-party purchases (domains, hosting, plugins, licenses, APIs, tools)


5. How to Request Cancellation

To request a cancellation, customers must email us with:

  • Registered email address

  • Payment reference / transaction ID

  • Project or service details

Requests through phone, WhatsApp, or social media are not considered official.


6. Cancellation Confirmation

  • Cancellation requests are reviewed within 3–5 business days

  • Confirmation or rejection will be communicated via email

  • Approved cancellations will follow the Refund Policy for processing timelines


7. Disputes & Chargebacks

Customers are requested to contact us directly before raising any dispute or chargeback through PayU or PayPal. Unnecessary chargebacks may result in service suspension and future order restrictions.


8. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update or modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
